Blake's Table

Chef and co-owner of Mozaic in Ubud and Spice by Blake, Blake Thornley has been cooking around the world for over two decades. During his years in Shanghai, where he co-founded OHA Group, he was named Chef of the Year by Time Out Shanghai.

From 2 to 8 October, Blake is taking over the kitchen at Spice by Blake for a series of intimate evenings at his own table.

This is more than just dining. Chef Blake takes you into his world of spices: where they come from, why certain flavours go together, and how Indonesian ingredients continue to shape his way of cooking.

All evening he cooks, serves and tells the stories behind the dishes himself, thus bringing a piece of Bali and his culinary journey to the table.

On Friday 2, Saturday 3, Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October, Blake will be serving a special 4-course Feed Me Menu, exclusively curated for Blake’s Table.

€75 per person, starts at 20:00.

We are keeping it intentionally intimate, with only two tables available per evening. A rare opportunity to experience Blake's dishes in a much more personal setting.
