At Spice by Blake, it's all about discovering special flavours together. That is why we are introducing a new favourite for our guests: the Spice by Blake Borrelplank. A plank full of Balinese bites that is perfect for a cosy drink or relaxed lunch on our terrace in the heart of Rotterdam.

The Spice by Blake Drinking Board is curated with a selection of dishes from our kitchen, inspired by the rich flavours of Bali. Intended to be shared together, the board combines different flavours and textures in one experience.

The shelf includes:
- Rendang bitterball
- Deep-fried prawn
- Shrimp crackers with three kinds of sambal
- Wild mushroom rice cake with rawon and pickled mushroom

In doing so, you choose your own supplement:
- Balinese fries
or
- Fresh bread

This combination makes the board perfect for sharing with friends, colleagues or family while enjoying a good glass of wine, a cocktail or a cold beer.
