Balinese Bottomless Brunch at Spice by Blake during Easter
During the Easter weekend, Spice by Blake transforms into a tropical brunch destination for three days. On April 3rd, 4th, and 5th, we are hosting a unique Balinese Bottomless Brunch, bringing together the flavours of Bali with a festive brunch experience in the heart of Rotterdam.
Enjoy a table full of dishes to share with friends, family or colleagues, as the bubbles flow generously.
2.5 hours of unlimited bubbles
During the Balinese Bottomless Brunch, we serve 2.5 hours of unlimited bubbles while you enjoy an extensive shared brunch.
Guests can choose from two options:
Bottomless Riesling - €45 p.p.
Bottomless Taittinger Champagne - €85 p.p.
Both arrangements are served with an extensive selection of dishes presented family style on the table.
A table full of Balinese flavours
The brunch is inspired by the rich and pronounced flavours of Bali. The dishes are shared at the table and combine different textures, spices and preparations.
On the table appear, among other things:
- Steak tartare with pommes pavé
- Tuna tataki wontons
- Oyster with passion fruit, chilli and basil
- Bao buns with ketjap sweet soy chicken and pickles
- Balinese hot chicken and waffles with hot honey glaze
- Spicy eggs with balado hollandaise, poached egg and rawon
We also serve bread and butter, prawn crackers with various sambals, fries, and a selection of sweet pastries to finish the brunch.

The Balinese Bottomless Brunch is all about enjoying together. The dishes are served in a shared dining style, so the table slowly fills up with different flavours and dishes.

The Balinese Bottomless Brunch costs €50 and takes place on 3, 4 and 5 April at Spice by Blake On Pannekoekstraat in Rotterdam. The number of places is limited.
